Join Health Services for the second annual BroncoFit week April 24-29 – a week designed to help students, faculty and staff be more aware of all aspects of their health and take advantage of the wide variety of health-related programs and services Boise State has to offer. The events are all free unless otherwise noted.

All week long the Cycle Learning Center will be offering free daily bike rentals for everyone; students are encouraged to head to the Career Center from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for some free career advice; and everyone is encouraged to sign up for an annual preventative health screening, which will be held at different campus locations throughout the week (and are completely covered by most insurance plans).

Below are a few other highlights. You also can check out the full list of BroncoFit events here.

Monday

Stop by the Quad, log your steps and help the campus meet this ambitious goal by walking as little or as much as you like. More million-step marathon details here. Happening on the Quad.

10 a.m.-3 p.m. Fitness Testing. Kinesiology students in a 436 Exercise Testing and Prescription Class will be offering free health and fitness assessments for anyone who wants to participate. More details on the fitness testing here. Happening on the Quad.
